Worked with business partners and stakeholders to define scope and requirements; create schedules, budgets, and resource plans; and identify and manage risks and issues. Responsible for project budgets up to $1MM, and tracked internal and external project spend using tools such as Clarity and Planview. Delivered project status and managed communications to stakeholders at all levels of management up to CIO. US Airways and American Airlines merged in February 2014.

Managed critical projects for the integration of AA and US loyalty programs and usairways.com/AA.com.

Managed highly visible information security projects, including critical hardware and software upgrades on key components of the usairways.com website. Led design and implementation of a new web-based incentive promotion platform. Integrated with prepaid card banking partners for fulfillment of incentive rewards claimed by sales representatives. System successfully launched and used as a springboard for several additional initiatives at CPG.
